The SDS website has now been updated. All members should login in with their own personal account and password rather than the generic account that was used previously. This will also enable us to ensure members details are up to date.
Established Members who do not yet have access to the members area of the website should go through the "create a new account" option. This will allow us to update our records fully. Once your details are verified your account will be activated.
Members are also asked to check that their subscription is submitted by direct debit each October. If this has stopped for any reason please contact our administrator for a direct debit notification form which should be completed.
New members require to be nominated and seconded by existing members. The nomination should be emailed to the SDS secretary Dr Donna Torley and it will be put forward at the next executive meeting which are held 4 monthly. Thereafter a members account will be created. You cannot register to become a member on this website.
The SDS has always maintained the strictest privacy regarding our members details, and in line with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), attached below is our policy, to explain how and why we use your data, and how we keep it secure.
